Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. The website prices shown are the current price for each product. All prices are subject to change in accordance with current foreign exchange rates and other commercial factors. Stock will sometimes be very limited.

TTC Handmade Treasures, for example are produced in very small quantities, sometimes as one off’s. We will contact you in the case of a product being sold out prior to processing your order and will not proceed until your order situation is clarified.


We are an internet store and studio shop which enables customers to order either online or personally. To shop online customers are able to set up an account and then login to this account when they shop each time. By using your account you can be assured that all information required will reach us efficiently. WE are unable to see WISH LISTS and UNPROCESSED ORDERS if you are not a REGISTERED CUSTOMER>

POSTAGE A flat postage of $9.95 applies to all orders.  Additional postage may be required for very heavy parcels in which case we will contact you.  Thank you to those customers who are keenly aware of the real cost of postage and offer extra. Free postage offered for orders over $100.

METHODS OF PAYMENT Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard , Paypal.

PAYPAL We use a capture system with PayPal – this is to assist the customer as the quantities of some products we stock is quite small. When you choose to pay this way we get your order ready and then capture the exact amount for the goods you have purchased.


We will make reasonable attempts to contact you should your credit card be declined. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time period your order will not be processed and will be subject to cancellation. Orders are processed in order of receipt. Subject to direct deposit funds clearing our bank account, every effort is made to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Your payment is through EWAY and we DO NOT keep your credit card numbers on our system.

Currently we do not accept BPAY, Amex or American Diners Cards as a form of payment.

We have a $20 minimum order value which does not include postage.

Order Processing Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Where we are able to, we will inform you by email when your parcel has been posted and add a tracking number. As we live in the country we generally only post once a day. Sometimes it will be the following day, particularly if I am teaching, Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered/insured. We ask that you check your details carefully. Please consider also where you want your parcel delivered, as the postal service has varying rules throughout urban & regional Australia. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have accidentally used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you, where possible. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary.

POSTAGE RATES – A flat $9.95 is charged for postage. This is only covering the very lightest items.

if  your order is particularly weighty and therefore expensive we will contact you. Orders which include albums, art items or oversized items will attract a higher freight charge, at actual cost charged by Australia Post. If you wish your order to be sent via Express Post, or as a registered item please contact us to make arrangements.

We only ship within Australia. We provide Tracking when available. Through our website if a credit cards payment and through PayPal if that was the payment method.

The increasing postage cost and un-trackable “losses” of international orders are prohibitive.

Out of Stock/Backorder

We will strive to ensure our website contains up to date information on currently stocked items. However errors can occur! If an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order. If we expect the out of stock item to be one we can order again we will let you know with an email or telephone call. Due to the very quick turnaround that most manufacturers are striving for many ranges and designs are being produced only the once.

Gift Vouchers

You are welcome to purchase a Gift Voucher. An email will be sent to your chosen recipient. When you purchase a gift voucher for someone, please be sure to include the email address of the recipient along with any special message that you wish to have included.

Our Newsletter uses FluentCRM which uses a double opt in system to protect you and us. FluentCRM is self-hosted which means we don’t share your data with third-parties. Emails are transmitted via Amazon Web Service – Simple Email Service

With the high level of spam that is out there we ask that you include your name in the signup. Should your signup be deleted and you are genuinely interested in Time To Create then only you can resign.

We do not ever share your information with anyone.

The newsletter is a good way for you to be informed about Time To Create as products come in and out so quickly. Of course at any time you may unsubscribe. Regularly we will post our store newsletter. This will contain product, class and events information and any other ideas we believe may be of interest to you, the crafter. These newsletters can be viewed on our Facebook Page also or direct to your email.
